Ziegler Instruments are renowned experts in Squeak and Rattle prevention and are engaged by many of the top Automotive manufacturer’s at the design phase , as part of the 5th Annual Squeak and Rattle convention they will also be exhibiting there test systems that are available to customers who are actively testing in house for Squeak and Rattle.
These systems include
- SSP03 -Materials Pair Testing Machine -Used to qualify the risk landscape for Squeak and Rattle for materials that are used in the cockpit area (Leather -TPO etc.)
- SAREX -Vibration Test System for qualifying Squeak and Rattles at a Sub System level -Instrument Panels -Centre Consoles and Seats
As part of THPs commitment to providing high quality and innovative test solutions for the Automotive Industry , the SeeSV-205 Sound Camera from SM Instruments will also be demonstrated at the Forum .
