THP Systems have today announced that they have released there SEK 01 Vibration Test System health check kit

With the growing number of customers now having multiple Vibration test systems in constant use at their facilities, the need to provide an “out of the box solution”  that can be used to check the health of this equipment has become an increasing requirement.

THP and its high quality equipment partners are now able to provide the tool kit  that can be used to measure and record the crucial parameters that are considered as an accurate  indication on whether any Vibration Test System is in need of a full preventative Maintenance.

The core of the kit is contained within the Crystal Instruments Vibration Controller that is configured to allow any Vibration Test System to be checked for its Sine ,Random and Shock performance

More importantly THP and Crystal Instruments have also included Total harmonic Distortion  software (THD) within the Vibration controller that forms the core of the kit, THD  enables the customer to measure  the overall quality of his system by measuring and analysing the complete vibration control loop including Vibrator , Amplifier and Accelerometer.

To ensure that accurate measurements can be made accurately ,THP have included fully calibrated Accelerometers within the SEK01 Kit and the total equipment is packaged in a purpose built secure carrying case

Andy Leadbeater commented ” THP and our partners recognise that many of our customers are running their own maintenance schedules and to ensure that down time is kept to a minimum the SEK-01 will enable them to perform independent checks on their equipment before taking the equipment off line.

We have considered that many of our Global customers can have between 15 and 20 operational vibration test systems within one location, we believe the SEK 01 will ensure that their equipment can remain on line for extended periods of time”
