THP Systems and Crystal Instruments today announced that they have extended their existing European Sales and Service agreement for the complete range of Crystal products until 2016.
This extended agreement has been signed following the highly successful co-operation between THP and Crystal Instruments across Europe in the last 3 years.
John Holler, Crystal Instruments International Sales Manager commented, “we have seen our Sales of our Vibration and Data Acquisition product lines accelerate under the Management of THP Systems across Europe.
The extension of our existing agreement is in recognition of THPs capabilities to offer the highest level of pre and post support to our customers”
John continued “The Crystal Instrument’s product line is continuing to expand with the recent addition of the Spider-80X Dynamic measurement system and we believe that THP is the perfect partner to enable us to expand into the growing Data Acquisition market.
Andy Leadbeater THP Systems added” Over the last few years we have obtained significant European market share with the Sales of the Crystal Instrument product line.
We are particularly pleased with the Sales of the advanced version of the Spider 81 and 81B Vibration controllers and the ability to propose customised versions of the EDM software has enabled us offer solutions to a wider customer base, particularly for those customers with existing controllers that are no longer supported by the original manufacturers.
We have also invested significantly in our support capabilities both internally and externally, we are certified by Crystal Instruments to perform calibration on their Spider 81 and 81 B, and also the Spider80X and Coco 80/90.
Both THP and Crystal Instruments are fully aligned strategically and expect that we will continue to increase the Sales for Crystal Instruments going forward.
