The KD-ML01 Series of Mechanical Load Testers from King Design are fully compliant with both IEC 61646 and IEC 61215 standards.
The Mechanical Load Tester delivers loading force from 12 vacuum suckers through crossbars and pillars.
Each vacuum sucker is equipped with a vacuum level indicator and features adjustable pressure withy a minimum pulling force of 2400pa. Air pressure is adjustable with an output range from 2400pa to 10,000pa +/- 5%.
The KD-ML01 Mechanical Load Tester also features a highly-adjustable set-up to allow the end-user to change the distance between suckers within 120mm ~ 400mm. The angle of the sucker is adjustable within 15 degrees between the joint and the arm. Furthermore, the angle of the pneumatic cylinder is rotatable within 15 degrees between cylinder and crossbar.
