THP Systems Ltd launch Crystal Instruments Premier Technology Support Agreement in Europe

THP Systems today announced that as the European Sales and Service centre for Crystal Instruments in Europe that they will now be offering existing and future customers the new Crystal Instruments Premier Technology Support Agreement.

This innovative approach to supporting customers test needs, ensures that THP and Crystal customers will have an extended peace of mind when performing their tests.

The new services offered by this new agreement includes the following:

  • Annual software upgrade program – accessible by convenient online downloads
  • Annual hardware calibration
  • Priority phone/email/live video support from highly trained engineers
  • Temporary replacement unit for hardware in 48 hours
  • Data recovering services
  • Includes In-house European hardware repair up to 4 hours per incident.

Andy Leadbeater commented ” Both Crystal Instruments and THP Systems recognise that many of our customers are using our products for critical measurements and also to perform Vibration Tests on products both in an Research and Development program or as part of a production process.

Many of our Test and Measurement customers require that their systems are in continuous operation, and extended periods of down time are not acceptable to them if a system malfunction occurs.

We believe that this new type of agreement will offer our customers the comfort in the knowledge that if a failure occurs we will be there to support them in the most fast and effective way.

THP Systems already prides it self in being able to offer an extremely high level of support for our products and the addition of this new support agreement will further enhance our customers experience with us.
