THP Systems have announced two further investments to enhance our test services division.

These significant are focused to expand our ISTA (International Safe Transit Association) test certification capabilities and are as follows

Box Compression Testing -THP with immediate effect can now offer box compression testing, our test system has the following specification:-

• Effective test area-1000×1200×1000mm
• Max. Force-3000kg (30KN)
• 4 Transcell load cells
• Drive System-Panasonic servo motor w/ DC variable speed drive system,
  high-precision mechanical ball screw rod
• Test speed10 ±3mm/min (0.01~200mm/min adjustable)

HV36 Vibration Test System from L.A.B -The new HV36 will come on line in Early 2021, this additional system compliments our existing ISTA and Amazon 6 test capabilities.

• Vibration Table Dimension -900 x 900 mm
• Maximum Displacement -100 mm Peak to Peak
• Actuator Force 2,500 Kg s
• Sine and Random Vibration profiles

Both of the above systems will be fully ISTA externally certificated.
